KANSAS CITY ECONOMIC SUMMIT
Join us for a morning of learning all about what is happening in KC in 2024.
We will have TIM COWDEN with the Kansas City Area Development Council to share all about the new businesses coming to KC, other exciting events coming like World Cup Soccer, and to share on the many Development Projects KC is excited about.
We will have Overland Park Mayor Skoog to share on his goals for the future growth of Overland Park & JOCO development projects that are in the works. He will also discuss if we can expect any changes for short term rental owners .
Lastly we will have DAN HABIB from MBS Highway joining us virtually to discuss the 2024 Real Estate Forecast and strategies to generate more income.
He will discuss important topics such as:

-The Federal Reserves Next Moves
